Responsibilities

• Utilize various grooming tools and techniques to achieve desired results.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their pets.

• Conduct pre-grooming assessments and post-grooming check-ups.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve services.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced grooming certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a grooming salon setting

Technical Skills

• Styling and Trimming
• Skin and Coat Care

Certifications

• Certified Master Groomer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with grooming software: Familiarity with scheduling and management software for grooming salons.
• Ability to handle challenging pets: Experience managing anxious or difficult pets during grooming.
