Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Nanny. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being, and assisting with their daily routines. You'll engage children through various educational and recreational activities, while also communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging activities tailored to children's ages and interests.
  • Oversee children's daily routines and care needs.
  • Collaborate with families to address children's unique needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and loving environment.
  • Document children's progress and share updates with families.
  • Help establish consistent routines that promote security.
  • Encourage children to express their feelings and interests.
  • Monitor children's health and well-being, reporting any issues.
  • Engage in outdoor activities to promote physical health.
  • Act as a positive role model for children.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Early Childhood Development (preferred)
Experience
  • Prior experience working with special needs children is a plus.
