Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have experience operating advanced textile machinery, ensuring efficient production of textiles that meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient running of textile winding and drawing machines.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve product issues.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of materials.
• Support production goals by consistently meeting deadlines.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical degree in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile or manufacturing operations

Technical Skills

• Textile machinery proficiency
• Production efficiency

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean techniques to improve production flow and reduce waste.
• Prior supervisory experience: Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
