Cell Support Operator

Job Description

The Cell Support Operator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining cell manufacturing processes. You will ensure smooth operation of cell equipment, troubleshoot any issues, perform quality checks, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment efficiencies.
• Document changes in processes and report findings during team meetings.
• Support the inventory management of materials used in cell manufacturing.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality, reporting any required maintenance immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cell technology is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing processes

Technical Skills

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems

Advantageous

• Familiarity with data logging software: Experience with tools used for tracking production data.
• Understanding of quality control standards: Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
