Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Teaching Assistant! In this role, you will oversee exam environments, assist students with questions and concerns, and ensure testing integrity. We're looking for candidates with excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics of exam administration including room arrangements and materials distribution.
  • Handle inquiries from test-takers and provide effective solutions.
  • Document any incidents or feedback from test sessions for future reference.
  • Ensure proper confidentiality and security of student exams and information.
  • Coordinate with educational staff to continuously improve testing practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a testing or academic environment preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Security equipment (e.g., metal detectors, surveillance cameras)
Soft Skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with online or remote proctoring: Familiarity with conducting online assessments and using digital proctoring tools.
  • Familiarity with student assessment methods: Understanding various assessment strategies used in education.
