Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery that produces clothespins. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the machines are running efficiently and that the finished products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run machines according to set schedules and production targets.
• Ensure proper operation of all machinery related to clothespin production.
• Conduct quality checks on products at different stages of production.
• Report any malfunctions or mechanical failures to the supervisor.
• Implement best practices for machine efficiency and waste reduction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in stock management of materials.
• Support the logistics team during busy production cycles.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
