Job Description

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will establish and maintain a robust global security management program, leading the development of strategy and policies to secure our enterprise. This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate with executive management to align security initiatives with business objectives while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities and threats to the organization.
  • Work closely with IT teams to monitor security systems and detect potential intrusions.
  • Develop a risk assessment framework that aligns with business goals.
  • Advocate for security best practices across all departments.
  • Engage with employees at all levels to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Prepare security reports for executive management and the board.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address security issues efficiently.
  • Manage security incident response and recovery efforts.
  • Foster a positive relationship with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Business Administration is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM)
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in a leadership role within cybersecurity.
