Job Description
As a Tumbler Operator, you will set up and operate tumbling machines, ensuring metal parts are produced to high-quality standards. You will participate in routine maintenance and monitoring of equipment functionality.
Responsibilities
Load and unload metal parts from tumbling machines.
Adjust machine settings to achieve desired finishes.
Conduct visual inspections to confirm specifications are met.
Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and workspace.
Complete relevant paperwork and documentation for production runs.
Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
Assist in training new hires on equipment operation.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving during production.
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification related to machining is preferred
Experience
Previous experience in metal finishing environments is a plus
