Job Description

As a Tumbler Operator, you will set up and operate tumbling machines, ensuring metal parts are produced to high-quality standards. You will participate in routine maintenance and monitoring of equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts from tumbling machines.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired finishes.
• Conduct visual inspections to confirm specifications are met.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and workspace.
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation for production runs.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in training new hires on equipment operation.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving during production.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification related to machining is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in metal finishing environments is a plus

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of metalworking equipment
• Quality control skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read blueprints: Skills in blueprint reading are advantageous for understanding specifications.
