Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Feeder to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading materials into production equipment and ensuring a smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading process of materials into production machinery.
• Ensure the alignment and functionality of conveyor systems.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to prevent hazards.
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team immediately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss safety and productivity.
• Support training of new team members as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of production metrics and incidents.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory management: Ability to manage supplies and inventory levels effectively.
