Kick Press Operator

Job Description

As a Kick Press Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process. Your main responsibility will be to set up and operate kick presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Attention to detail and safety protocols are essential. You'll work closely with your team to meet production goals and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate kick press equipment before production runs.
• Inspect machine components regularly to prevent failures.
• Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to align on production specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing repairs.
• Conduct post-production inspections to maintain product quality.
• Maintain documentation of production activities and machine performance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
• Stay current with training on new equipment and software.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on productivity and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating printing machinery in a manufacturing environment.

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
