Job Description

As a Test Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance team, responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise in identifying defects and facilitating fixes will be key to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans and test strategies.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Identify and report software defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases and results.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback from users.
• Implement performance testing to assess application robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application quality.
• Investigate and resolve issues found during testing cycles.
• Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Train junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• TestRail
• API testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with mobile application testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across devices.
