Nylon Operator

Job Description

We're looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Nylon Operator. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of nylon machinery, performing maintenance checks, monitoring production output, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of produced items to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production outputs.
• Identify inefficiencies in the production process and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper operation of machinery and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Stay updated with new techniques and technologies in nylon production.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product compliance.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and share insights on production performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in nylon production

Technical Skills

• Experience with nylon production machinery

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical skills

Certifications

• Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes: Understanding quality control measures and procedures in manufacturing.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues: Capability to diagnose and fix equipment problems quickly and efficiently.
