Production Worker - Stock Parts Fabricator

Job Description

The Stock Parts Fabricator is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts from raw materials according to specific guidelines. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a background in metal fabrication who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document findings.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in fabrication or a similar role

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Machine maintenance

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Safety Training Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sheet metal work: Familiarity with processes for shaping and fabricating metal sheets.
