Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and skilled Roll Planner to oversee the production planning of rolls. This role requires collaboration across departments and a keen eye for identifying efficiency improvements in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to optimize the manufacturing workflow.
  • Work closely with quality control to ensure products meet relevant standards.
  • Evaluate production performance metrics and implement measures for improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional team communications to align production activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to update on production status and issues.
  • Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions on production strategies.
  • Assist with workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing for production needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
  • Certifications in production planning or supply chain management are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or related roles
