Job Description
The Order Entry Representative plays a crucial role in processing customer orders with precision and efficiency. By ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled timely.
Assist in managing stock levels and inquire about backorders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Update customer profiles and account information as required.
Communicate effectively with team members to streamline the order process.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to order processing.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience
2-3 years of experience in an order processing or customer service environment.
