Job Description

The Order Entry Representative plays a crucial role in processing customer orders with precision and efficiency. By ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled timely.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and inquire about backorders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Update customer profiles and account information as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to streamline the order process.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to order processing.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in an order processing or customer service environment.
