Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to help clients understand product features.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with client engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Provide excellent service that reflects the company’s values and mission.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction and usage metrics.
  • Identify customer champions and leverage their feedback for service enhancement.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns to drive product adoption.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with their onboarding experience and ongoing support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
