Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Extruding Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete extrusion process from start to finish.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Train new operators on machinery and quality assurance standards.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.
• Maintain detailed production logs and inventory records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in extrusion processes

Technical Skills

• Extrusion process knowledge
• Troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Familiarity with design software can be an advantage in processing operations.
• Previous roles in a quality assurance capacity: Experience in quality assurance can enhance production processes.
