Join our team as a Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator, where you will utilize your skills in operating and maintaining CNC machines. You will ensure high-quality production by adhering to engineering specifications and collaborating with engineers to optimize machining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for production runs, ensuring tools and fixtures are correctly installed.
• Monitor machines during operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Document machining processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in quality control processes and audits.
• Assist in the development of new machining techniques and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in machining or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 3+ years operating CNC machines with programming experience preferred.

• CAD/CAM Software

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical Certifications: Additional technical certifications related to machining are a plus.
