Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Shellfish Dredge Operator to join our dedicated harvesting team. The ideal candidate will operate shellfish dredging equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the harvesting process.
Coordinate with marine biologists to optimize harvesting strategies.
Document environmental conditions and adapt operations as necessary.
Participate in safety training and drills regularly.
Assist in reporting and addressing any safety concerns immediately.
Requirements
Education
Certification in Vessel Operation or equivalent experience
Experience
