Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of grain combining machinery during the harvest.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the equipment.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in sorting and cleaning operations to maximize product quality.
• Record daily activities and crop processing data for reporting.
• Uphold the highest safety standards to protect yourself and others.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Execute additional farm tasks as directed by the Farm Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in agriculture with an emphasis on machinery operation.

• Pesticide Applicator License

Languages
