Job Description

As a Layout Worker specializing in metal and plastic, you will play a crucial role in our production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of layout techniques and the ability to interpret blueprints. You will ensure the precision and quality of our products while collaborating with team members to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify layout plans for metal and plastic components.
• Conduct trials and adjustments to improve layout efficiency.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify workflow issues.
• Review blueprints and make necessary modifications for clarity.
• Document changes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in Manufacturing Processes preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• CAD Software Knowledge
• Assembly Line Experience

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
