Job Description

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will handle welding, soldering, and brazing processes to ensure optimal functionality of our machinery. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine setup and adjustments based on production requirements.
• Inspect final products for quality assurance.
• Resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Utilize measuring tools to ensure precision in operations.
• Document any malfunctions and assist in repairs.
• Engage in safety audits and drills as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine operation and setup.

• Blueprint Interpretation

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
