Job Description

As an Airline Pilot, Copilot, or Flight Engineer, you will play a crucial role in operating our aircraft safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision-making skills and the ability to respond swiftly in dynamic flight environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct flight pre-checks and operational assessments before departure.
  • Coordinate with ground crews and air traffic control for smooth operations.
  • Implement safety protocols and respond to in-flight emergencies as necessary.
  • Adhere to all maintenance policies to ensure aircraft safety.
  • Maintain professional conduct and effective communication with the flight crew and passengers.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Assist in mentoring new pilots and interns in flight operations.
  • Evaluate technical conditions of the aircraft and report discrepancies.
  • Conduct post-flight briefings to discuss performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
  • Master's degree in Aviation Management is a plus
Experience
  • 1,500 hours total flight time, with experience in international operations preferred.

  • FAA Multi-Engine Rating
  • Advanced Flight Instructor Certificate is a plus

Advantageous

  • Prior experience as a First Officer Pilot: Hands-on experience as a Co-Pilot in commercial aviation.
  • Experience in a Part 121 or Part 135 airline operation: Familiarity with regulations and procedures of commercial airline operations.
