Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Event Planner to join our dynamic team in New Orleans. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, coordinating with clients, and ensuring every detail is perfect to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement event strategies that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance event offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Facilitate event logistics, including transportation and accommodation.
  • Supervise event setup and ensure quality control.
  • Manage on-site teams during events and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Evaluate event success and produce reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of event planning experience with a portfolio of successful events
