Job Description

As an Ash Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing ash handling equipment. Your expertise will ensure the efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance of the ash removal process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting issues with ash processing equipment.
• Ensure the safe, timely removal of ash from processing sites.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Manage and maintain ash handling tools and equipment.
• Create and maintain a stock inventory of parts and tools needed for repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Professional certifications in mechanical systems maintenance preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in ash handling or related field

Technical Skills

• Welding and Fabrication Skills
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Certified Maintenance Mechanic (CMM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Forklifts: Proven experience operating and maintaining forklifts.
