Responsibilities

• Assemble watch bands according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect final products for quality assurance.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Document and report production metrics accurately.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly techniques.
• Administer basic maintenance checks on equipment to prevent malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in watch band assembly is advantageous

Languages
