Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
