Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to individuals suffering from communication and swallowing disorders, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient needs and customize therapy approaches accordingly.
  • Engage in ongoing assessment and modifications of therapy plans.
  • Utilize various therapy methods and augmentative communication devices.
  • Document and analyze patient progress for effective treatment adjustments.
  • Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Provide training on alternative communication methods as necessary.
  • Participate in outreach and community education on speech health.
  • Stay informed on relevant research and techniques in speech therapy.
  • Supervise support staff in implementation of therapy protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech and language therapy.
