Job Description

The Social and Community Service Manager will play a key role in overseeing the operations of our rehabilitation center, ensuring that all rehabilitation services are delivered effectively. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities and operations at the center.
  • Formulate and execute operational strategies to maximize patient care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with community resources to build partnerships for patient support.
  • Conduct staff training and development programs.
  • Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe environment for patients.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to executive management.
  • Drive initiatives that promote patient engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field
  • Master's in social work or public health is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in managerial positions within healthcare settings
