Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients plan their dream vacations. This position requires a keen understanding of various destinations, airlines, and transportation options. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for travel are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to travel clients.
  • Assist clients with complex travel arrangements, including group bookings.
  • Monitor travel reservations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate travel itineraries and documentation for clients.
  • Perform market research to enhance product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Upsell additional travel services and products to clients.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and travel expertise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is also acceptable.
  • Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are desired.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
