Job Description

As a Corporate Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for corporate executives, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will work closely with clients to book flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end travel booking process for corporate clients.
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel needs and preferences.
  • Monitor travel budgets and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Manage client relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Analyze travel trends to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Document all travel arrangements and maintain accurate databases.
  • Respond to travel-related emergencies swiftly and efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • MBA with a focus on Travel Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate travel management or related services.
