Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security policies and protocols. Your leadership will ensure the protection of our assets, personnel, and customers while fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s physical and digital security measures.
• Engage in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Conduct regular security workshops and awareness programs.
• Lead investigations into security breaches and incidents.
• Review and enhance existing security protocols.
• Maintain documentation of security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Master's degree in Security Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in security management
