• Install and configure network hardware/software and conduct routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.

• Prepare documentation for network configurations and operational procedures.
• Participate in network design and installation of new systems.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff related to network operations.
• Evaluate and test new networking technologies and tools for adoption.
• Collaborate with IT teams to continuously improve network strategies.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their networking concerns and assist them.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in network troubleshooting and technical support

Technical Skills

• TCP/IP Protocols

Certifications

• Juniper Networks Certified Associate

Languages
