Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Train Conductor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our trains. As a Train Conductor, you will be responsible for overseeing train movements, coordinating with station personnel, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Operations Manager regarding service delivery and schedule adherence.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure train readiness.
• Monitor and report train speed, fuel consumption, and overall performance.
• Engage with community stakeholders regarding service enhancements.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on safety practices and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a train conductor training program

Experience

• Experience in passenger transportation preferred

• Customer service orientation

• Problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure

Certifications

• CPR Certification
• Safety Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual abilities: Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
