Job Description

As a Grading Supervisor, you'll oversee the grading process within our food production team. Your role entails ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards, managing a dedicated team of graders, and collaborating with departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grading team, ensuring proper training and adherence to quality protocols.
• Evaluate and enhance grading systems for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure products pass quality checks and comply with safety regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of grading processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within food processing.
