Sales Agronomist

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Agronomist with a passion for agriculture to join our team. You will engage with farmers, promote our agricultural products, and offer expert advice on crop management and pest control to help enhance agricultural productivity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate consultative sales processes with an emphasis on value delivery.
• Generate leads through networking and relationship-building within the agricultural community.
• Advise on product efficacy and integrating products into farming systems.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that address client pain points.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Agronomy is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural sales with a focus on crop management

• Pesticide Applicator License

Languages

• English: Fluent
