Job Description

As a Grinding and Polishing Worker, you will play a vital role in preparing surfaces for final finishing. Your skills with various sanding equipment and a keen eye for detail will contribute significantly to our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate surfaces before starting sanding tasks for optimal results.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Report any major defects or quality issues to management promptly.
• Maintain a supply of sanding materials and tools to ensure work continuity.
• Coordinate with other production staff to align work efforts.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in sanding or woodworking preferred.

Technical Skills

Languages
