Job Description

As a Mohs Surgeon at Prime Dermatology Associates, you will be at the forefront of skin cancer treatment. Utilizing Mohs surgery techniques, you will diagnose and treat patients in collaboration with a diverse team of dermatologists, ensuring optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mohs surgeries to effectively remove skin cancer while minimizing scarring.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in Mohs surgery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior medical staff.
• Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives when appropriate.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO with fellowship in Mohs surgery

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Mohs surgery

Technical Skills

• Advanced surgical techniques
• Biopsy interpretation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Emotional intelligence

Certifications

• Fellowship in Mohs surgery
• Current board certification in Dermatology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with reconstructive surgery: Knowledge and skills in reconstructive procedures following Mohs surgery.
