Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces to meet our clients' needs. Your hard work will contribute to beautiful landscapes that our clients can enjoy for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Enhance outdoor aesthetic by laying sod and managing plant health.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Prepare equipment for daily tasks and report issues.
• Manage and implement effective pest control measures.
• Assist in landscape design and installation of features such as pathways.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
• Stay updated on landscaping techniques and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Horticulture degree is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years in landscaping or groundskeeping is expected

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of irrigation systems
• Plant care knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong communication
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• First aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate heavy machinery: Familiarity with machinery such as backhoes or bulldozers is a plus.
• Additional certifications in horticulture: Any further certifications which enhance landscaping skills will be beneficial.
