Job Description

The In Mold Coater plays a vital role in our production line, applying in-mold coatings to a variety of products with precision and care. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Operate in-mold coating machines effectively.
• Ensure the accurate mixing of coating materials.
• Perform quality control inspections for each batch produced.
• Communicate with the production team to align on workflow.
• Document technical specifications and changes made to processes.
• Train new employees on best practices for in-mold coating.
• Implement suggestions for process improvements.
• Assist in inventory management of coating materials.
• Evaluate new coating materials and techniques.
• Engage in safety training and participate in safety audits.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in similar manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Coating application techniques
• Quality control inspection

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with coating machinery: Practical experience operating and troubleshooting coating equipment.
