Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cylinder Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain our cylinder press machines, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cylinder press operations and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cylinder press machines as per job specifications.
• Ensure quality control through regular inspections of printed materials.
• Document production processes and maintain clear records.
• Load and mix inks while ensuring proper consistency and color matching.
• Adjust press settings based on printing requirements and specifications.
• Clean and maintain press components to ensure efficient functioning.
• Engage with team members to improve workflow and production efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a neat work environment.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving pressing-related issues.
• Support new team members in their training and development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Cylinder Press Operator or similar role.

Languages

• English: Fluent
