Job Description
The Shotblaster is responsible for operating shotblasting equipment to remove rust, scale, and other surface contaminants from metal parts, ensuring proper surface preparation for subsequent processes.
Responsibilities
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Document production data for tracking purposes.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow.
Assist in training new employees on shotblasting operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
Previous experience in shotblasting or similar role preferred
