Job Description

The Shotblaster is responsible for operating shotblasting equipment to remove rust, scale, and other surface contaminants from metal parts, ensuring proper surface preparation for subsequent processes.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Document production data for tracking purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow.
  • Assist in training new employees on shotblasting operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in shotblasting or similar role preferred
