Job Description

We are seeking insulation workers specializing in floor, ceiling, and wall installations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in handling various insulation materials and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and install insulation materials according to specific project requirements.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and address insulation-related issues on-site.
• Ensure all installations are done sustainably and in environmentally friendly ways.
• Work in various settings, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
• Follow project timelines and communicate any delays to the installation manager.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment, including blowers and insulation knives.
• Participate in regular safety training and meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an apprenticeship program in insulation installation

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial insulation installation

Technical Skills

• HVAC system knowledge
• Blueprint interpretation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• OSHA safety certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work at heights: Comfortable with using ladders and scaffolding for installations.
• Bilingual capabilities: Skills in Spanish or another language are a plus.
