Job Description

As a Framing Mill Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes of framing materials. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in ensuring production achieves safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze production data and provide reports on productivity and quality.
  • Encourage and motivate team members to achieve production targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure workflow.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and reliability to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
