Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare services, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations while ensuring quality patient care.
  • Enhance operational workflows through continuous improvement processes.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance audits and health inspections.
  • Work closely with IT to implement healthcare management systems.
  • Mentor and supervise staff to achieve professional growth.
  • Develop community outreach programs to engage local populations.
  • Facilitate training on policies and procedures for staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings to align team objectives and performance.
  • Ensure the facility meets safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration preferred
