Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our team in Detroit. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete production tasks efficiently.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Monitor production processes and report any deviations.
• Participate actively in team meetings and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in production or logistics is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in production or similar role

Technical Skills

• Manufacturing software
• Safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles: Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems: Hands-on experience with automated equipment is a plus.
