Job Description

Join our team as a Slubber Tender, where you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining slubbing machinery. You will ensure smooth production processes and deliver high-quality textile products while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor slubbing machinery performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on yarns and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain documentation of production processes and quality observations.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and ready for operation.
• Collaborate effectively with other operators to meet production goals.
• Participate in training programs for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols in the workplace.
• Assist with inventory management of yarns and materials.
• Support the Shift Supervisor with any special projects as requested.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in textile manufacturing environments is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years relevant experience in a textile manufacturing role
