Draw Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draw Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Draw Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining draw press machinery to produce high-quality products. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Engage in quality control measures to uphold product standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and production.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in metal fabrication or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating draw press machinery in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations: Experience in adhering to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
