Pressure Tester Operator

Job Description

As a Pressure Tester Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pressure testing equipment. Your role will ensure that all testing activities adhere to industry standards and safety protocols. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, capable of analyzing data and reporting defects promptly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate testing equipment according to specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of testing devices.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing procedures and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Train new operators on testing equipment and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing operations.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Assist in developing new testing procedures as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in pressure testing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
