We are looking for a dedicated Surveyor Chain Helper to assist our surveying team in accurately measuring land areas and gathering essential data for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

• Assist surveyors in setting up and dismantling equipment for fieldwork.
• Utilize various measuring tools to gather data accurately.
• Document measurement data and update project logs regularly.
• Coordinate with different team members to streamline workflow.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is utilized properly on-site.
• Maintain reporting standards to ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to the preparation of survey proposals and estimations.
• Assist in mentoring entry-level team members for skill development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification or training in surveying is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a construction or surveying role is preferable.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Surveying Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate surveying equipment: Capable of using equipment independently to conduct measurements.
